  • The bed was completely taken off, even the underside of the bed was Line-X’d, while the bed was off, I completely stripped the rear of the truck down to the frame, sand blasted everything (Frame included) and repainted all components with POR-15, I even separated the spring packs for sand blasting and painting. All bolts were replaced with Stainless fasteners where I could, and new graded bolts were used where I could not.

This has been my personal project for the past 8 + years... I purchased this truck from California and drove it back to PA. The truck has never seen a winter. It is stored in climate-controlled garage, never seen snow (I don't even take it out in rain) I don't really drive it much anymore and now we are downsizing houses. I put less than 1000 miles on the truck each year and I hate seeing it just sit there It needs to be driven and enjoyed. I would have no issue driving it cross country tomorrow.

I have a folder full of documentation (See last picture, about 2" think) to go with the truck along with a

spreadsheet covering the upgrades and maintenance for the life that I owned the truck. More pictures

and supporting documentation available upon request.

For full disclosure, here is a list of things that will eventually need attention. (Nothing is urgent at this

time)

• Transfer Case is the only piece of the Drive Train that has not been rebuilt recently

• 4x4 Low does not work (need to jump the Neutral Safety Switch for it to shift into 4Lo) 4x4

High works

• A/C Works but is on a switch, not off the OEM Factory controls (Needs to be wired in with the safety switches)

• Rear slider window motor needs replaced

• New Owner will have choice of 4.30 vs 3.73 Axle Gears (Ask and I’ll explain)

163 K miles on Odometer, mileage will go up slightly as I drive it about once a week on nice days
